Allison joined Diageo NA in 2018 based out of the Chicago office. She has over 20 years of real estate and facilities management experience and is responsible for managing the capital and operating budgets while providing exceptional project management and customer support. She is responsible for Corporate Real Estate Services in Canada, US and Latin American countries.

Experience

Allison’s work experience includes successfully outsourcing in house facilities management teams to an external third party provider, transitioning business units to open office space design, relocating pilot plant manufacturing lines, managing the real estate requirements to divide an organization (Kraft / Mondelez split) and establishing two new corporate headquarters (Kraft Foods suburban campus post Mondelez split and then Kraft Heinz downtown multi-tenant office post Heinz acquisition).
