Francisco Ruiz is the Director of IoT for Real Estate and Facilities at Oracle, where he is responsible for partnering with global teams to help strategize, design, secure and guide the implementation of enterprise IoT Solutions across a 24 million square foot Real Estate Portfolio.

He received his BS in MIS from Cal Poly SLO and an Executive MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. He’s recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert in all things IoT and is a frequent speaker on related areas of expertise. During the last decade he’s helped various Real Estate teams along their digital transformation journeys optimizing operation, maintenance and smart building strategy contributing to the continuous improvement and sustainable building operations at Oracle, eBay, PayPal, Adobe, GSA and NASA to name a few. He holds several certifications, a patent for continuous commissioning, and is a member, advisor and board member of thought leading CRE Tech Organizations.
