Marianne Ganster

Ms. Ganster is responsible for AIG Global Real Estate’s asset management activities in the U.S. She oversees a portfolio of assets across various product types, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial. Prior to this, Ms. Ganster was responsible for new investment activity in the Northeast and was involved in the management of the firm’s U.S. Residential Fund, where she was involved in acquisitions, development, dispositions, and asset management of a diversified multi-family portfolio.
Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate in 2007, Ms. Ganster worked in acquisitions and structured finance at Boston Capital.

Ms. Ganster received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from MIT. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
