Kevin joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2020 and oversees the company’s development and acquisition activities throughout Florida. As a member of the Trinsic team he has worked on development projects totaling over 600 units with a market capitalization of approximately $175 million and is leading Trinsic’s efforts sourcing new development opportunities in Florida.

Prior to joining Trinsic, Kevin oversaw development activities in Florida for AMLI Residential developing over 1,600 units with a total market capitalization of approximately $600 million. Kevin possesses strong design capabilities having practiced Architecture at NBBJ Design in Seattle, WA and has a proven track record in sustainability after designing and developing five projects which have achieved or are targeting LEED Gold or Platinum certification.

Kevin earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Masters in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
