In his role as CEO, Jonathan develops, implements, and oversees Sage’s corporate strategy, operating strategy, and investment initiative, while providing leadership and guidance across the organization. His mission is to create value for all stakeholders. Prior to joining Sage, he served as Vice President at P&L Investments, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and asset management firm, and was founder and CEO of UrbanGradRealty, a boutique residential brokerage company that focused on the recent college graduate submarket.

Currently, Jonathan serves his city and community as the Chairman of the Board of the Meatpacking Business Improvement District (BID), a board member of the Downtown Alliance, and a member of the advisory board for the Center of Real Estate and Urban Analysis at George Washington University. In keeping with the Kaufman family tradition, he is a proud supporter of many of New York’s major institutions in the fields of the arts, healthcare, and education, including serving on the Board of Trustees of The Town School.
