Tim joined The Altman Companies in 2003 as Partner and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. He oversees equity and debt relationships, asset management, and growth initiatives. He has over 35 years in real estate and 30 in multifamily, he was EVP and CFO at a REIT, managing industrial and office properties, and EVP at Post Properties, handling the IPO and financial management. Tim has a history with NAREIT, serving as Co-Chairman of its Accounting Committee. He’s on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida Real Estate Center and ULI’s South Florida/Caribbean chapter, as well as a member of ULI’s Bronze Multifamily Council.
