Katie Willis leads all Construction and Preconstruction efforts for JPI’s Central Region portfolio.

Prior to joining JPI Katie Willis led the Preconstruction & Estimating Department and Non-Regional Construction Efforts for a large publicly traded Real Estate Firm traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Starting with her degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, through her early experience as a Project Manager and Area Superintendent for an ENR Top 5 construction firm to her experience leading the Preconstruction Department of a multi-office southeast regional general contractor, Katie has hands-on experience with the entire process of construction. She employs her experience to ensure the optimum balance between cost, design, and program is achieved. Ms. Willis is a certified Six Sigma Instructor and maintains a Land Surveyors License.
