Bruce Gago is the Senior Vice President and Head of Florida Investments at FCP, leading the firm’s South Florida office. In this role, he spearheads the acquisition of multifamily investments, covering both existing assets and development projects. Since joining FCP, Bruce has been responsible for deploying approximately $1.5 billion in capital across a diverse portfolio of multifamily transactions.

Prior to his tenure at FCP, Bruce served as Vice President at Mast Capital in Miami Beach, Florida, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s evolution from a startup to securing its first major fundraise. His contributions extended to overseeing investment sourcing and driving the company’s growth. Bruce also gained valuable experience during his time working in the Real Estate practice of The Carlyle Group.

Bruce holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a BA from Dartmouth College.
