Jackie Todesco is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management for AvalonBay Communities (AVB). She oversees capital investment and asset management of AVB’s West Coast portfolio including Northern California, Southern California, Pacific Northwest and their new expansion market in Denver. Her diverse career in multifamily includes leadership positions in Investments, Development and Redevelopment/Asset Management with over 23 years of experience. She is known as a strong and collaborative leader who delivers results in existing and newly established platforms for AVB.

Prior to joining AVB, she worked with the finance and investments teams at The Shidler Group for over 5 years. The Shidler Group has entrepreneurial roots and she worked on the formation of two publicly traded REITs (First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., NYSE: FR and TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc., NYSE: TRI).
