Kelly Blaskowsky serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Capstone. Kelly has worked in multifamily property management for over 20 years on a variety of asset types including but not limited to Class A new development, value add, tax credit, and bond financing. Her diverse experience allows for a strategic approach to overall performance to serve each client’s specific needs.

Kelly has a long history of volunteer work of which allowed her to serve and promote not only continuing education but participate in discussions about the future of the Real Estate Industry. Kelly is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and held the President seat for the San Antonio Chapter in 2013.
